Is this USCIS software, or does AI file the case?
Neither, today. Rafik does not fill out USCIS forms and does not submit filings. What it does is take the documents a client sends over WhatsApp or a link, compile them into one organized file, and route the client to a secure link to sign. The legal judgment on the case stays with your firm.
